2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from this Website.

By placing an order you confirm that both the purchaser and recipient are at least 18 years old.

3. Product Information

Wine is an agricultural product and vintages may vary.

WineVistas reserves the right to supply the nearest available vintage unless the vintage is stated as essential.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Prices may be shown inclusive of VAT and duty or in bond (exclusive of VAT and duty).

Delivery charges will be added where applicable.

5. Pricing Errors

If an incorrect price is displayed we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer the product at the correct price.

6. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order unless alternative terms have been agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include debit card, credit card or bank transfer.

7. Order Acceptance

An order acknowledgement email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A binding contract is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched.

8. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified at checkout.

WineVistas may refuse delivery if the recipient appears under the legal drinking age or cannot provide identification.

9. Inspection of Goods

Goods should be inspected upon delivery.

If goods are damaged, missing or incorrect you must notify us within 7 days.

10. Returns and Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

We’ll arrange to collect the unwanted items at your cost, provided that:

• Products are unopened and intact
• Items are returned in their original packaging

Once the goods are returned to us, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

This does not apply where bottles have been opened or goods personalised.

11. Faulty Wines

Wine is a natural product and may occasionally be faulty.

If you believe a wine is faulty please contact us and retain the bottle for inspection.

12. Wines Held In Bond

Where wines are purchased in bond they will be stored in an HMRC-approved bonded warehouse.

VAT and duty become payable when wines are withdrawn for delivery.

13. Limitation of Liability

WineVistas shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
